Hello world!

WordPress is installed.
TODO:
- Install quotedb software
- Name admins for the quotedb. (was suggested high-Waaagh users in SMF)
- Determine sections for blog and name section editors and contributors.
- Redirect frontpage to Meta blog.
- Distribute new link and promote signups.
